Returns & Cancellations

We take great care in the provenance and condition of every bottle we release.

If your wine arrives damaged, or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us at hello@domainerb.co.uk. We may ask that the unfinished portion of the original bottle is retained and returned to us for assessment. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Due to licensing regulations, we are only able to accept returns of alcoholic products that are deemed faulty or unfit for consumption.

We are unable to accept returns based on personal taste, wines ordered in error, or for damage resulting from conditions beyond our control once the shipment is in transit, including exposure to adverse or unsuitable storage conditions.

All concerns are handled personally and with care.
